At Made By Mitchell, we want you to be obsessed with your blursh and palettes, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unused and remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund under our hygiene policy.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit and include a note with your name and order number inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
